Course Changes 

• You can switch College Edge courses, as space allows, between May 1 and August 25, 2025.

• After August 25, 2025, course selections are final, and changes are no longer allowed.

We understand that you may not get your first-choice course due to small class sizes, but we encourage you to keep an open mind! All courses are designed for incoming first-year students, have no prerequisites, and contribute to general education requirements toward your UW degree.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full Refund (May 1 – Aug 22, 2025)

• Refund: $2,245

• Non-refundable: $100 deposit + $55 registration fee

Partial Refund (Aug 23 – Sep 1, 2025)

• Refund: 50% of tuition and program deposit ($1122.50)

• Non-refundable: $100 deposit + $55 registration fee

No Refund (After Sep 2, 2025)

• No refunds available. Full program fee of $2,400 applies.
